San Francisco

I am writing this one retrospectively so it won't be very deatiled. But i will say that San Francisco is a brilliant city, one of the best i have ever been to. I wondered when i left Vancouver if i would experience anywhere else that made me feel i could live there and amazingly i found that with SF the very next place that we visited.

Highlights included the Golden Gate Bridge, which we biked along (and which also includes a suicide crisis phone line in the middle of it in an attempt to deter the many suicides the bridge gets) and also the cable cars, the pier 39 sea lions and many other things. Like Vancouver, it is a city i could live in.

We also stayed in agreat hostel there called the Green Tortoise, its the only hostel so far with free interet access and also the only one that gives free evening meals as well as brekfast.

I really hope that i am able to go back to San Francisco at some point.
