3/30/2012 - Travel to Mojave, CA

Today we are traveling to Mojave, CA. Once we arrived, Jack BBQed chicken. We had the chicken, corn, garlic bread, pork & beans, with potatoes. Chilled at the campsite at Sierra Trails RV Park. Park was somewhat surprising, it is an oasis in the middle of the dessert. Quite a few trees, a rock wall around the park, pretty nice. Aleta and I did our typical walkaround of the rv park. Mountains on one side with dessert on the other three. Don, at the park office was really nice to deal with. This is a PA park and the three nights here are $45.00. We did buy tickets for the MegaMillions with no luck.
