Sabino and Bear Canyons

Located to the NE of Tucson are Sabino and Bear Canyons. These canyons or at the base of the Catalina Mountains and were only about 8 miles from our apartment. They are part of the National Forest and are a lovely place to hike, walk, animal and plant watch, rest, and learn.
