February 2020. We are still in Tucson, Arizona, well, often anyway. We continue our wanderings and enjoying our adventures. We haven't lived outside the US in awhile, but have lived in: Guatemala, Ecuador, the Netherlands (twice), Germany (twice) and South Africa. The course of study Sophie is taking in Maastricht, the Netherlands, is in English, but she knows Dutch as well as French, Italian (I think) and she is learning Russian

Annegry & Anders, Norway (October)

Will you look at all that delicious shellfish Anne's father caught for us - there were only 4 of us eating so we couldn't finish it all, although we gave it a valiant try

Herman, Norway (October)

Herman is enjoying his pannekoeken, as did we all

Stuart & Susan, Brandenburg Gate (October 09)

Mea culpa S&S. I forgot to include them in last year's holiday letter, which was particularly remiss of me because they were our very first visitors in Berlin (October).

Winter in the North

This so reminded me of winter/Christmas in Alaska and thought those of you who grew up in cold country could relate too.
