Landed in Tent City ( ANCHORAGE ) on saturday mid day, headed over to the hotel, and walked around donwtown Anchorage. The city is not as we as we thought, the downtown area is just a couple of big streets. The first thing we did was eat at Phillips, she had the Salmon Burger ( it was good ) I had the Hulibut Burger, it was bad, Had no favor at all. We visited a couple of restaurants / bars in the downtown area, this area is very difficut to find good food, unless you want to eat burgers & more burgers. 2 night we went to Humphys for dinner, the food was great, once again restaurant / bar. The downtown mall, we it is just a mall, we did not visit, we visited the downtown marker on saturday afternoon, not too much to look at.
