Great fukken superbowl... the Mexico City Hooters was popping. I think it was full to capacity but a nice guy saw the sad looks on our faces when he wouldn{t let us in and gave us a sweet table by the big flatscreen. I bet on the giants straight up at a 4 to 1 payout against Barton... he was pissed.... I was the real loser though as in an ironic twist I got the old Montezuma{s revenge bug about twenty minutes before kickoff... After power vomitting in the Hooters bathroom I felt well enough to make it through the game... I even managed to drink a few beers and eat a few wings ( not up to my potential however... there always next year)... I paid for those wings and beer as I spent the entire night destroying the hostel Mexico{s bathroom and yelling fukk me through the sleepy hostel hallways...
feel better now, pretty classic to look back on.. }
We are in Veracruz now for the ñast few days of Carnivale.... last night was sweet... theres a band playing on every block, from raggae to cuban music to a good old fashion mecxican doors cover band.... tommorow morning we head down to Oaxaca and the beach for a few than continue on into the Yucatan and eventaully the rest of central america (mexico was big apparently)...
morale is high... and we are pretty sure Roycraft caught a disease from the sand flies in San Blas (a disease that causes skin ulcers)}
