It has been almost two weeks since my last post -- sorry. A lot has happened. The first week of February was a very busy week. It was more about dealing with the reality of teaching than the adventures of Mexico. At the Technologico De Monterrey, grading is a little different than in the States. You know all of us here in the colddddd and ice have good reason to gain a little extra over the winter months. But NOT you, so stop eating so much, and also we don't like hearing about all the wonderful culinary creations and the fresh fruits and veggies! What are you trying to do? Make us more depressed than we already are here in the freezing Mid west:(
