March 6, 2014 Roger would be proud of us. All by ourselves we stood by the highway and caught a bus to San Antonio (about 35 miles southeast of PE) and then a taxi took us the next 8 miles or so into the village of Mazunte and to the beach at San Augustinillo. We get to use this pool that is across the street from our house. Great way to cool off at the end of the day.

Dogs go with us just about everywhere we walk. Different ones every time, but they all look alike to me.

Yes, we saw all those birds in one day. Wish there was more of a varity where we're staying. Mostly noisy grackles here.
