Visited the tequila factory Casa Herandura. It employees 600-800 people and is an all natural factory. They produce all the blue agavae, grow citrus for mold instead of using yeast and today are an all green organization recycling everything. Tequila is double distilled unlike mescal only once and is only produced in the state of Jalisco.
