This. is a little restaurant that serves seafood only, and only until 7pm. Sand floor and live music on Friday and Saturday. Brian and I discovered "Filet Veracruz" here. This is basically white fish in a tomato based sauce with green olives in it. I don't even like green olives. But if you just push them aside the dish is just terrific. Moyeyo's also makes the best Bloody Mary I've ever had.

Roberto

This is Roberto, one of two brothers (the other brother is Rafael) who own and operate the marine chandlery "SeaMar". Both of them have been very nice to us.

This marine store has a lot of stuff, if you can find it. No habla Ingles, but they have a lot of catalogs you can point at.

Roselita

Roselita is one of the counter people at the Abaroa chandlery. No Inglese, but we have done fine here by pointing in catalogs, or bringing a sample, or a picture, or by a lot of arm waving. We always get a smile for free.

Tina

Tina is the other Abaroa Chandlery counter person. Again no Inglese, but always has a smile for Brian and me as we try to ask for things in fractured Spanish.

Ulysses

Ulysses is the main man at Lopez Marine Chandlery. He goes out of his way to be helpful. When Brian or I would buy something heavy, he would deliver it to us at our marina, which is several miles from the store.
