Nice drive from Whitehorse to here. Crossed into British Columbia a couple of times going down the Trans Canadian highway. The vastness of the Yukon is overwhelming. Adds to the amazing beauty. Last night in the Yukon. Going to catch a light supper and hit the road early. Here we come BC. Hopefully we can avoid the forest fires!!

Just entered South Dakota! First day of travel went pretty smooth. Minor change of plans this am. . . Had planned on taking my vehicle but at the last minute decided to take Mike's truck! A little bit of extra work - but I think it was the right decision. More room, better tires, 4 wheel drive for the snow that is predicted, etc.... full info
