Hello,
Here is the first memo in this travel diary.
Today is P Day! (pack day)
So the suitcases are out, the clothes are chosen and whatever else is getting tossed about.
Yesterday, Adele and I went to Packables,a store, and we learned how to leave behind much of the miscellaneous and just in case I never do laundry or in case I maybe need this or that stuff. We were amazed at the shrinkage in our 'amount to bring'.
So...we bought another suitcase to keep all of little pile of stuff in.
Yes, this is getting close to goodbye now.

Hey from the land of milk honey and money...
ps. the milk and honey are in the fridge! Hows the world travelers doing? Its been coming up two and a half weeks of being out here and i am just now finishing my orientation for working with Precision Drilling. It has taken a little longer than expected but has been better than anything i could have planned, i got some good rest and relaxation time in Hinton while taking courses and making phone calls trying to land a job, Got to go quading the other day... What a blast!!! we only got stuck twice and had to use the winches, it was awesome! but yea the time "off" has been amazing and i'm looking forward to busting my hump on those dirty rigs! well greetings and love to you guys and make sure you saturate yourself in them weird cultures over there and bring it back to share!! its great to read your blogging, me and adam have one its www.tagworld.com/albertadudes not a whole lot on there buts its something, shows some of the fun we've had, the trucks out here are freakin sweet! thats all i gotta say, so we'll talk to you soon have a great time over there, i could be going into isolation pretty soon here so we'll see when i contact you next! well i was tryin to wrap this up way back there so i guess its just a long goodbye lol... talk to you soon - Mark
