Looooooooooong Wait

There is nothing quite as frustrating (and rediculous) as waiting for over 4 hours in your car in the scorching heat only steps away from your house. That was us yesterday waiting for the ferry over to Vancouver. We arrived in the lineup just after 4:00, didn't make the 5:00 sailing, kept waiting (in the sun), didn't make the 7:00, kept waiting, finally made the 8:50 (which, of course, was very late).

But worry not!! It was nice and cool on the ferry and we watched a movie in surround sound in the car on the ride over. All was good. We arrived in Surrey and slept like logs. We have now had a wonderful breakfast and are ready to hit the road! I'm hoping the little glitch of the ferry wait is the only one we will encounter (yeah, right). Love to you all. Stacey
