So we finally found some accommodation (yes brett I can spell it) through staff accommodation. We are now living in a studio room at whitefoot lodge, which is really good cause we are right in the centre of the Big White Village. Also being staff accommodation its a fair bit cheaper than private. We had to pay for internet but we get free cable (over 50 channels with nothing good on), a sauna and hottub (shared) and some ski lockers.

So we moved in from the hostel (I carried all our luggage down the hill) and started getting settled. After rearranging all the furniture for Stacey and unpacking its finally starting to feel like home.

Got some good dumps of snow over the weekend (as seen in the pictures), but we still need alot more.

We both started work last week (Stace in retail and me in ticketing). I still dont have alot to do as there isnt much to do in ticketing untill the moutain opens, but stace has been busy setting up the shops 8 - 5 everyday.

needed in the new place (oil salt washing things toaster). We went to the Canada Super Store and got everything we need. This place is massive it sells everything you could think of (kind of like wallmart, which we also visited but its Canadian).

So now we're all ready for the seaon to begin, but we still dont have enough snow so opening day has been pushed back another week. So another week of waiting for the snow......
