Ortakoy is in the district of Beşiktaş. Ryan and I went there for the first time today to visit friends. After going to the Dali exhibit, we walked down the Bosphorus to Bebek and then took a bus over to Ortakoy (I sort of traced the route on the map). Then we went out to eat, visit all the little shops, and then went out for drinks.
