Artichoke Appetizers

stuffed with fava bean puree. I took a cooking class in Urla, Turkey and we made this as an appetizer.

Made with milk, rice, and sugar. Who knew these three ingredients could be so good. This was dessert.

Baked aubergine stuffed with beef and veggies and spices and then baked in tomato sauce. This was my favorite.

One of the women running the cooking class has visited Nashville and Loveless Cafe! What a small world! I used to live in Nashville and know the Loveless Cafe very well.
