This wall is the only remains of the "2nd temple" and is where Jews come to mourn the loss of the temple.

Isaiah Scroll (the "Isaiah Effect" by Gregg Braden is 1 of my favorite books). In 1947 a Beduin goat herding boy went looking for his lost goat in the cliffs along the Dead Sea shores and came upon a cave containing clay jars filled with ancient manuscripts.

In these 11 caves near the site of Khirbet Qumran aprx 800 manuscripts were found between 1947 and 1956, and dated from arpx 200 BC to 68 AD. Most likely the scrolls belonged to the Essenes who hid them from the invading Romans of ancient Palestine between 66 and 74 AD.
