had a good breakfast at Aviv hotel Tiberius and headed out past mt Arbel to tell Dan where we took ur time to stroll around the park looking at the rushing crystal clear water till we came to the ruins of dan where you could see the place where the golden calf was set up in Jereboam's time we saw the city gates and the ruins but just around the corner a much older ruin from abrahams time made of mud brick these ruins have been covered with a roof to preserve them when]

Abraham saved lot from the four kings he chased them all the way to Dan. also here the modern jews in 1967 pushed back the arabs and took the precious water source which feeds into Gallilee

then we went to Bannias called cesarea-philipi in Jesus time where He asked the disciples who do men say that I am and Peter said thou art the Christ the son of the living God and at this place the romans worshipped a dead God Pann and threw sacrifices into the grotto. not prevail against it thi grotto was known as the gates of hell. today it is the site of a beautiful spring where clear water comes down from Hermon.

we saw the roman bridge still standing today and filled our water battles with water.

then a short drive and a longer walk but well worth it to see bannias falls

then we drove to Nimrods castle which was much bigger than I expected and very well fortified on top of a hill near Mt Hermon we looked around for about half an hour and then headed back towards Galilee.
