In search of Nessie
Maybe she is over here? Hi dee hi
Well an early night means an early start, I woke up at 6am and we were on the road by 9am, we had a long trip ahead a good 3hrs to Inverness had a little look around then it was back on the road, it was really cold only 9 degrees in the Highlands, you can see why the Scots went to New Zealand the scenery is very similar.
We went to the Loch in search of Nessie what a huge body of water that is, another 3 hrs on the road to get to the Cameron Museum we arrived and she was closing in 5 mins...oh no all this way and not being able to go to the museum, we can't visit the castle because it is in residence so the Cameron's gathered around and had some photos taken. When we left we were very surprised to see that it was another 5 hrs drive to Lytham...we are not going to arrive until 10.30pm wow what a huge day, we stopped once for some food once we had gone through the border so arrived at The County Hotel at 11pm carried our bags up to
Nessie hunt
I don't know the 2nd floor and then collapsed on the beds and that was it...good night nurse
All that driving through the Highlands and not one Heeland Coo in sight (Highland Cow)
See you tomorrow
