Edinburgh Castle..Edinburgh Castle..Edinburgh Castle..

Absolutley Stunning!
Heya all.. Well i am in Scotland now, kinda a spontaneous move here, but loving it soo much already. Tina, Rangi and I all got on the National Express at 0100 hours last night from Manchester and headed up here to Edinsburgh Scotland, and all i can say is WOW! this place is amazing! Its our first day here, but already we have seen soo much.. this morning we went for a nice stroll around the Edinburgh Castle and gardens, and we were all just amazed and blown away by the gorgeous buildings, and how they are all so well preserved! We had our first Scotish breakie at the Mitre Restaurant, it was a classic bacon and eggs extra, but with some haggis.. lol yeah, we all thought that was ground up kidney and stuff, but actually found out that it is just Mutton.. so yeah, we gave it a try and wasnt too bad. Last week when i went to the Bury markets with tina in manchester, she made me try some Black Pudding.. Have you heard of that? ewww yeah after i took a bite, she decides tro tell me that it is pigs blood.. groooosssss!

amazing and we havent even been here that long, there are alot of beautiful old buildings, heaps of castles and churchs.. brick roads, and they houses are all connected together.. We have decided that we are going to stay in Scotland for the next 6 months and work.. Tommorow night we head up to London to be there by Friday for Ambers birthday.. YAY!! we are also going to our FIRST london YSA dance.. hopefully will go and see the Surrey England temple and then head back to Scotland on Monday to start work. So far the journey here in the UK has been a real eye opener, i truly believe the kiwis are the BEST! ehehe you dont realise how much you miss them until your away from them.. you know most of the people here dont know where NZ is, or they will say "oh thats a little island somewhere.." im sure they live on another planet.. they have no clue what a Maori, Samoan, Tongan, Niuen is.. gee golly..
Anywho, i hope you are all well.. Look after yourselves.. love you all sooo much! from the kiwi in Scotland.. ALi
