Whisky Society Staff Christmas Party

Even though we were only temps, we worked at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society enough times that they invited us to join them at their staff Christmas Party. But let's be serious, how could they not? The festivities took place at the very posh bar, the Opal Lounge.

Okay this is not at the opal lounge, but it is what the whisky society bar looks like. Much time was spent polishing glasses and cutlery here.

The layout of the whisky society is such that one has to run up and down these stairs about 578 times in one 13 hour shift (which is not an exaggeration).
