Beautiful Clif
This amazing cliff was our entertainment for a few hours, We climb up a few of the smaller peaks. The Large ones would have needed some profesional equipment. We had a blast though I just ventured onto the great Scotish Isle of Skye with 3 friends, one of which if from the Island. The drive up through the highlands was like going back in time. Not only through the ancient history of Scotland its self, but back to my past in New Brunswick. The landscape started out being very similar, up until the hills towered into snow-caped mountains...that was more like the Kootanies past the Rockies.
While on the magical Isle of Skye, we heard many folk lore stories about some of the peaks in hte distance, and we got to see a valley of Faery Glens, which are the entance ways to the faery world. We all had an stange and distant feeling as we frolicked by.
My friend Catrionas father took us to a small little pub in the hills to partake in some original celtic music. It was a great jam session. The music they played, once again, gave me memories of home, and yet, gave me brand new memories to look upon later in life. In total, it was a really great trip!
