Hello hello :D
Just another little note before things get crazy around here. The hotel's been under renovations for the past little while and that's always a blast with a 400 y/o building! Ceilings falling in, windows leaking, etc lotsa good fun. The amount of tourists on the island is on steady increase and Easter weekend is setting up to be a mob! We've got 4 new people coming the end of this week so getting everyone organized and on the same page should be an experience. Two of those people are moving into the caravan with Dave & I so hopefully everyone gets along since it's such a small space.
We've been meeting some new friends and spending more time with the locals, everyone is so great. The new chef at the Calgary hotel, Shawnog (Gaelic for Janet) is great fun, she's teaching me glass art and she does tatoos so I've got a couple of mine recoloured!
We should be going out with one of the tours around the island soon. They offered for free so we can tell visitors about them. And one of the guys who comes in the Pub after Badminton (there's badminton at the
community hall wed. & thursdays), Iain runs boats tours to Staffa and Iona, so we'll be going out with them probably the end of April. He doesn't recommend going too early in the season because the wildlife may not be as prominant. But this week the weather has been great and we spent some time down the road at Calgary Bay (absolutely gorgeous), we see how long it holds out. There's also a pony trekking company that I'm going to try and get out with 😊
It is a little easier to get around in the summer but I'm working on possibly getting my license here. I just need to learn how to drive a standard! See Dad now if you would've taught me in the first place I could skip paying someone to teach me now 😉 lol miss you dadu. I'm also looking forward to the fresh food market season, there's suppose to be some great produce and it's right here in the village so it's saves us going to Tobermorey every week. Well I'll take a typing break for now, but come back to this post because I'll add more next week and some pics too. If
anyone feels like getting away feel free to come visit!

I just wanted to leave a note. We aren't able to use the computer in the office at the hotel so I won't be able to write very often at all in the next little while. Well at least until we get settled again, we've given our notice and will be leaving the Bellachroy next month. Nothing to be alarmed about, we've just decided that this isn't the right place for us. There are a ton of places hiring at the moment for the season, especially for live in couples, so we shouldn't have any problems. We also have friends in the area we can stay with if we wanted, it's quite exciting actually. We're looking forward to the next adventure... I think maybe spending the whole year working in one spot kind of defeats the purpose of exploring Europe anyway 😉 Maybe now we'll be able to get around a little better to see some more things. It was really nice to spend the winter on Mull and get to know all the great people here though. We'll have to see how the next month goes,
I'd love to come back to visit.
Only 3 1/2 weeks until Barcelona!!!! I can't wait for the beach, maybe I'll even get a tan 😊 and the race should be great as well. I'll write again with our new place as soon as we know, take care everyone

Hello
I am writing to you in Calgary from Calgary.......how interesting. It would appear that you are taking full advantage of all the activities that are offered and how wonderful to participate at no expense to yourselves. Is the weather warming a bit? And what types of traditions do they have at Easter? We will be missing you both at Easter as we gather as a family. Jim and Judie will be absent as well as they seem to like to holiday at Easter! Jolene and Tim hope to move into their new home on the 1st of April. The carpet laying has been delayed making their move a dream...perhaps. Brad and Julie babysat Isebella on the weekend and now have honored one of their gifts of babysitting. They promised 10!! She is growing so much and developing many skills. She stands at the coffee table and can get from sitting to her tummy. She has the greatest smile and wonderful giggle! Jolene and Isabella have colds this week so are lying low. It is Isabellas last day of swimming today however she will have to miss the class because of her health. It is so nice to hear from you on a regular basis and it would seem you life is a lot more interesting than ours and you are encountering many more experiences. Stay safe and enjoy. Love Auntie Jane
