I got my first taste of travel when I went to Japan during the summer of 2006 as an American exchange student. I stayed in Tokyo for two nights and then I traveled to the countryside, where I lived with a host family for two weeks, visiting local schools and talking with Japanese students. I had such an amazing experience in Japan. Now, in less than two weeks, I will be leaving on my second international trip to Paris, England and southern Ireland.
