Visit to VanBitz Taunton

Back down the M5 to have alarm fitted. Very smooth trip down apart from the TomTom not being happy on the vehicle battery, but appears it was finger trouble (it is a long way across the cab to fiddle). Tried out mp3 CD which worked fine and avoided the need to fiddle with the CD player during the 2 hour each way trip.

Lift provided into Taunton where I met up with a friend at the Castle Green Inn (hidden behind the Castle Hotel) in the town centre. Liver and bacon followed by cheese and bicuits very good. CAMRA pub but beer not sampled. Walked off lunch with a 2 or so mile walk back.

The facilities at VanBitz are impressive with two large covered fitting bays (they made our van look small). You have the option of staying for a free night on their attached campsite. The staff and facilities gives you confidence in the product.
