Just added my first picture showing a very tired looking me after John, Nick and I had cycled from Lichfield to Cannock up to Rugeley then back to Lichfield. I did this 29 miler on my old mountain bike and found it really hard...hence the red face. I learnt the importance of good bike equipment, such as padded gloves!

I wrote this travel blog to capture my first charity bike ride around Lithuania that occurred between the 8th and 14th of May 2011 in the vain hope that it would be my one and only major foray into charity fundraising - hmm, we are all now back for May 2012!
