Ferry Crossing

Wednesday evening two very excited campers boarded the Pride of Bilbao. As we left port we celebrated with a bottle of bubbly as the English coast disappeared from view. Our cabin was large and comfy. The unexpected bonus on this crossing is the possibility of seeing whales in the Bay of Biscay. As it happened we only saw dolphins. There is plenty of entertainment on board including bars, casino, cinemas and entertainers (including a pianist with a very Suffolk accent).
Friday morning we disembarked and headed straight for Bilbao.
