Today we had a big day of sightseeing. First we took the tube which is the London Underground trains. Our first stop was Westminster Abbey which is a huge church. It is important because kings and queens are coronated there. Lots of kings and queens, Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin are buried there. Isaac Newton is famous for working out about maths and gravity.

Next we took a boat up the Thames River to the Tower of London. We saw the Crown Jewels which are really valuable and Queen Elizabeth II sometimes still wears them. I bought a novel on Saturday called "Gangsta Granny" by David Walliams who is English. In this story Granny and Ben are about to steal the Crown Jewels so I waited till after I had seen the real jewels to continue reading. Then I read on and everything David Walliams wrote about the Crown Jewels was true! I won't tell you what happens in the story but I highly recommend "Gangsta Granny"!
