The Great London Pillow Fight

Just a quick blog on what we have been up to, besides working hard, we attended the London Pillow fight.

Let us explain a little......there is a club you can register with online and they organise quirky flash mob activities around the city. The day before the event they email the time, activity and place and hundreds of people turn up to join in. The activity can range from pillow fights (like this one) to dancing to dressing up as santa. The location is always central London. This one just happened to be around the corner from Rach's work in the city at the foot of the gerhkin (landmark building in London). It was on Friday 15th December and the games began promptly at 18:12. So Brooke and us decided we should get involved.

THE RULES OF PILLOW FIGHT CLUB

Tell everyone about Pillow Fight Club
Turn up at Pillow Fight Club venue
with a pillow hidden in plastic carrier bag
At exact given time, pull pillow from bag and fight
Do not fight anyone without a pillow in hand
(unless they want it)

The shenanigans lasted about an hour, we realised just how exhausting pillow fighting can be........

We hope you all have a brilliant Christmas and New Year we are trying to plan our trip home at the moment.....not long now!!

Happy New Year
Hey JK and Rach, just wanted to wish you both a happy new year. Trust your Christmas was a great one and as always I am jealous of the fun activities you are getting up to in London. For NYE we are off to Dreamworld ... "Golf Pros and Tennis Hoes" being the theme of the night. It should be a great laugh! Jen has hired a bus for the gang - approx 30 of us - and we have strict instructions to dress to impress so its all on! Look forward to seeing you back on the Coast.
