I finished work last friday and after a few days off I have started to crack on with all the bits and bobs which I have to complete before I can depart. The biggest bit being my bike! Yikes! Can't believe it's only a few weeks until I go and I havent' even ridden the bike which will carry me more than 14,000 miles! True Kilroe lastminute.com style. I have just spoken to the bike shop (in Ambleside near Jen's parents house) and the frame has arrived and the wheels are built so I can go up next Thursday and build the bike with them.
