So it was time i actually got out of London for the weekend and what better oportunity than to go meet up with someone i met in London who invited me up to show me around a different part of England.
So after working at the pub till 3am i managed to catch the 1450 train from Paddington which got me into Evesham at bout 5pm. Starting to get a bit on the darker side but still went for a walk along the river and around a bit of Evesham, but in the dark theres not alot to see really. We got back to the flat and had some dinner and got ready for a night out. Was actually a good night out, i enjoyed myself. The next day we went for a tiki tour to a tower on a hill that is part of the Cotswold Way which aparently takes something like 40 odd days to walk but people do it....some in stages but some in one hit. Very pretty. Then it was off to check out a typical Cotswold Village, called Blockley. The most touristic village that most people go to is Chipping Camden but we found a more
untouched and yet very beautiful and peaceful. Had a sunday lunch in the village pub and then tiki toured a bit more before heading back to Evesham. A quick walk along the river again before catching the train back to London.
It was really nice to get out of London for a weekend especially to a beautiful part of England. I do like the villages and country compared to the citys.
Anyway hopefully the photos will show you a bit of what i mean....
