Getting Ready to Go

Well we are certainly on our countdown now! Only 7 weeks and 4 days to go and boy is the time zooming by.

As usual I am trying to get everything organised sooner rather than later and I am intending on nagging Simon into getting some clothes out this weekend so we can see what we have and what we need to get. There is nothing wrong with forward planning, 7 weeks will go in the blink of an eye!!

We have got our luggage and we did finally get the Eagle Creek rucksacks. They look pretty impressive as well. I think Simon is a bit worried though as I reckon I can get at least 40kg in mine LOL

Apart from packing we are almost ready to go. The only official thing we have to do is obtain our Visas. We have had problems getting the time, my hair looking right and a photo booth working at the same time but this weekend we finally got them done and sent them off today. Simon's hair obviously always looks good ;-)

We will add our itinerary to this blog so that you can see where we are and what we are up to on our journey. I don't know what we are looking forward to the most to be honest. You will have to visit our blog when we update it to see how we are getting on!! You can leave us messages to read whilst we are away on this website too, not sure how you do it but I am sure its pretty easy!!
