This week I traveled to london from australia. I went to london because I've been there 2 times before and I really like to go shopping there. When I first came there I went in on a 5star hotel called st 's james hotel and club, it was really expensive but totally worth it and the food was really nice!! After a little bit I went to a shopping center called westfield london, I was shopping few jeans and just walked around because It's really nice to shop there, when I been there a few hours I saw a friend from sweden that was in my class in third grade but we split because he moved to another city in sweden, since it was summerbreak a lot of people are traveling around. Anyways, we started to talk and were talking about the the school and how we have been. The clock was seven and we both started to get hungry so we went back to my hotel and ate then we were at the club in the hotel all night partying. The next day we went to a muuseum and we had a guide that talked about the history of london and about the fire that london had. He said the fire started in a baker’s shop in Pudding Lane in the early hours of the morning. By the time it burned out on 5 September around 13,000 buildings had been destroyed, including the original St Paul’s Cathedral, 87 parish churches, the Guildhall, the Royal Exchange and 52 company halls. Between 65,000 and 80,000 people lost their homes, although thankfully only a handful were recorded as having been killed. The estimated cost of the fire was around £10 million.
