Fresh blue mussels and limpets for a seafood soup we would have this night for dinner

We also BBQ'ed a few times on a fjord edge and picked mussels directly from the sea and threw them on the BBQ for a few moments until they opened up. So fresh and delicious.

We found a good spot in Bohuslan for our Engangsgrill BBQ!

Engangsgrilling (one time use disposable bbq) is one of my favorites here in Scandinavia. So many good spots to have a bbq and have it all to yourself.

A frozen wasteland - I'm glad I didn't freeze to death on the side of the road here!

This was as bad as it got... solid ice and strong winds... no other cars in sight.

Hi Eric - It's been a long time and I'm sorry I missed you both on your last trip here. It was a very busy time for me personally and I apologize.
