From Haarlem we drove across to Marken. Trying to get onto the A10 was surprisingly difficult, having to make several loops around Zaandam (Zanstad)...

GO! Be there, see it, do that, snap it, speed on... It's a bit of a private joke that our travel style is rather, errmmm, speedy. Hence we coined the term 'Speedy Tours' for ourselves. I guess what we look for when we travel is variety. Once we feel that we've had enough, then it's time to move on. What is 'enough' ranges from spending several hours enjoying a scenery to zooming through a 'yet another quaint little town' in two minutes ! We're not big museum fans, but enjoy looking at the living open world.... full info
