The crown jewel in the art collection of the Electric Ladyland museum. There were all these little nooks and crannies you could look in, to see tiny little carvings made from fluorescent rock. This was made mostly of plaster, painted with flourescent paint, I think.

I remember walking through the Jordaan last April, and seeing this amazing sponge cake sprinkled with passion fruit seeds, but being too full to eat it. The plan was to go back to that same bakery but unfortunately, they didn't have the cake :(

Instead, I grabbed a tiramisu gelato, which was a nice consolation prize.

I walked past the Anne Frank House, and wanted to go into the souvenir store, but you only get access with admission. I actually didn't want any souvenirs, I just remember there being Spanish senoritas in there last time. But it's OK, because there were some standing in line :)
