My brother gave Kim a 1.5 litre bottle of La Chouffe, a Belgium beer, and I happened to have the perfect glass for it (from my student time).

Hello from Switzerland
Nice to see some photos of your walks around Groningen! I hadn't seen them before, nor had I seen some of the ones around Hagen. Looking forward to seeing the photos of your next trip! Love Linn

Yes, there are some nice walks around Groningen and Hagen too. I'm sure we will talk before I leave on my trip.

Spectacular Dutch Sunsets
Being a perpetual Sunset Phile this is truly spectacular, Ralf...the colour enveloping the clouds like a warm red skin. I have posted it in "My mother-in-Law Sunsets" thread in the Photography Forum with one of your others. Check 'em out.

Autums sunsets are often the best
It was taken from a train window. A dirty train window, so it was a bit of a surprise to me, that it came out so well.

The many forms of Family Time
The highlight of this blog to me, Ralf is your embrace of Family Time and that Jenni is part of your life. Your pics are full of the joy of your family's time together. How else can one explain the joy of wad walking...priceless!!!
