Bidets are cool, handy and we need them in the US (look it up, no further description needed)
There is a flush button for number 1 and a flush button for number 2, hopefully you can tell the difference
Public bathrooms are an adventure
Hot and cold sink valves are foot levers on the floor
Sometimes paper, sometimes not....
The seat is cold when it is 43 degrees out
One bathroom, however one stall for men and one for women, in the same room
You must know the Italian word for MEN or WOMEN
The light is on a timer, so do not take too long
The word "tirata" means PULL, learn it!
The 3 people before you seemed to be conserving paper (if its brown, flush it down: if its yellow, let it mellow)
After a flush, it will take the tank about 5 minutes to fill for the next flush
Our apartment toilet was electric and had a plug to the wall
Some places charge .60 euro for the facilities (FYI, I would never pay for this)
Public restrooms are RARE, and impossible to find
Hovering is a fact of European life, sorry....
Always seem to have good soap for handwashing.

While entering the restroom, a man exiting, handed me a large key. I still do not know what the key was for, but I handed it to the lady after me!!!!!
