Day 18 Photos of our adventures Dreading flying with U.S. Air today. We did not have a good start to our trip thanks to them. We are skeptical at best about what today will bring.
Update: No. We’re not home yet. We are still in Philadelphia and have been for the past 4 and ½ hours. When we arrived, our plane was supposedly on time. We made it through customs and a security line that took an hour and a half. We were sent to gate C26 and then to gate A26…which is where we found out (after rushing like mad people) that our plane was delayed by 2+ hours.
By the time we get home we will have been traveling for over 24 hours again thanks to this shitty airline. We aren’t bitter. We are just tired of getting the transportation shaft. Wish us luck. At least we are back on U.S. soil. Now, if only we could make it home to our lovely bed.
