What the Hell am I doing in Vimercate

So, I arrive in Milan, knowing that I need to get to Monza. I take the metro towards a train station I thought would connect me to Monza. Well, it didn't. So I had to take the bus to Monza station and another bus to my hotel. Well, I couldn't find the bus I was supposed to take from monza station to my hotel. So I waited around, met a canadian who had come for the race weekend for the Italian GP too. Started talking and then we both decided to see if we could find information and failed. I decided to take a taxi, only to find out that my hotel actually wasnt in monza, but in a town called Vimecrate that wasnt very close like the description of the hotle led me to believe. The taxi fare ended up being like $30 it was so far away from where i was.
