Italy here I come, continued.....

It's been a long time in coming, but lookout Italy here I come. 3 days my friends and I will be heading to Rome for our wonderful journey.

Tickets, check. Passport, check. Camera, check. All the things I think I will need for 12 days, check. Guide books poured over and dogeared, check.

Now I must endure the last days willing the hours to pass quickly (which they are).

One of my daughters is dreaming of the yarns I plan to bring her for knitting from Firenze (thats Florence for those not familiar with its Italian name, 😊. Found an amazing looking place there that makes yarns and allows public sales too. A friend is dreaming of a leather bag I plan to purchase for her while there also. I am dreaming of pesto, bread, wine and nutella gelatto (recommended by a friend). Also dipping my toes for the first time in the waters of the sea at Monterosso. And of course seeing the historical places Roma offers.
