last morning in italy

Hi all,

just a really quick entry as we only have half an hour on this comp in the local tourist info office! had a really good tìme over the last few days, seeing the smaller towns and villages of puglia, but at times it has been frustrating as these places are dead from 12-4, so its hard to get around/find a place to grav some lunch etc. all the same, its been good to the the "real" italy, off the tourist trail. monopoli is really pictureseque, great fishing town so plenty of stuff to sample! got one of 2 buses that run daily to alberobello yesterday, a trulli town, which was amazing to see, just a shame that there was a huge german school party at the time 2! thats it then, gotta go, kerry wants to check ferry times for 2nite. we are spending the day in bari, have a wander round there, and then getting the night ferry at around 8pm to greece, for a 14 hour journey! ok, hope all is ok in sunny britain, and thanks for all your messages from home.
