Hello from rainy Ireland! Our first stop of this exciting journey did actually have a bit of excitement. We were suppose to fly into Dublin, but our airplane was grounded in Shannon after some weather delays caused our flight crew to work overtime. They told us on the plane that we would be given an Aerlingus flight to Dublin, but once we got off the plane, we realized they actually meant a coach (translation: bus). It would have taken about 4 hours to get to Dublin & we were only planning on staying there for another 2 days before heading back Southeast (3 hour bus ride South of Shannon), so we decided to skip Dublin all together & just head to our second stop, Killarney.

Once we got into the town, we headed straight for the Tourist Center to try and book a place to sleep. We got a B&B at a discounted rate & showered for the first time in awhile... It felt good!!! :P Dinner was at a quaint little restaurant on top of a pub & we had some Irish stew & the yummiest bread I've ever had. The beer was good, but we weren't in the mood to try Guiness since we both aren't really fans. We will definitely try it before we leave Ireland.

We'll spend another couple of days in Killarney before heading North & we hope all of you are well. Miss you!
