A boys weekend in Ireland for Paddy's day - just what the doctor ordered, and what better time to visit Irleand. So Me, Russ and Paul Dawson flew into Cork on Paddys afternoon - It started well with a nice bit of sideways action from the pilot in a bit of wind as we landed/drifted down the runway - Awesome, and that was a sign of things to come (you'll see). Then it was straight into town to drink with some Irish dudes..... I love the Irish, definately one of the friendliest nation of people I have met, in fact I think they would take the cake if I could actually understand what they were saying - thats one crazy accent. I must admit, Paddys evening was a little dissapointing because there were just so many people and not enough room in the pubs, but the rest of the tour made up for this with some awesome nightlife.
Ireland is beautiful, we cruised up the west coast and the scenery reminded me of home but more old school with lots of castles and old stuff and some great roads - It was awesome to get behind the wheel again.....especially since it
was a rental, and trust me when I say we got our moneys worth out of our little focus - Good times.
Anyways, I got heaps of photos so I'll let them and the captions do the talking.
