DAY 131 I left Charles De Gaulle airport really early in the morning. My flight was only 3 hours and what an airline (Icelandic Air). I had a tiny screen right in front of me and I could choose the movies I wanted to watch. I did have to buy my sandwich for 3 euros but the Pepsi was free. A really smooth flight. Ice-land?
Where's the ice in Iceland? I was surprised that it normally doesn't get below 14F in the winter. It gets that cold here at Idyllwild in Southern California during the winter. Don't worry about getting the news back here. You're not missing anything. I haven't been getting newspapers or watching TV news for about 6 months now, and life is so much more positive without it. That's why I love traveling where, like you, I don't have access to it. Keep enjoying yourself!!!
