We had intentionally left our Greece itenerary open, in hopes that we would hear about a hidden treasure in Greece from people along the way. Unfortunately, by the time we got to Dubrovnik we hadn't heard anything and decided to go ahead and figure out how we were going to allocate our time. Prior to leaving, I had talked to a number of people about Greece. Each said that Athens was only worth an afternoon and that I should try to see Aegina, Dephi and an Island. Of course, the advice about Athens, like the advice about Zabreb, was a little off the mark. See my Athens entry for a more details.

So, on the last day of our Dubrovnik trip, we headed into one of the dozens of old city Internet cafes to schedule our trip. I don't recall the name of the cafe, but it had this cool, 70's stadium-rock theme, covered in old posters, album covers, and other cheap memorobila. As we sat down at a computer to plan out our trip, we started looking at the incredibly dorky calendar Ben made in Microsoft Publisher. We both decided that we wanted to spend a few days partying, and figured, what better place to do it than Mykonos. After going online and looking at hostels, the most attractive place seemed to be renting a cabin on Paradise Beach. Googling Paradise Beach, we learned that several Girls Gone Wild style videos were made there. What could be a better endorsement than that? We quickly booked the cabin
