So we made it from the Pantheon to the Parthenon 😊 We had a lot great surprises today, like a nice walking tour with some helpful information about the city as well as interesting historical tidbits--I enjoyed this more than Jen, but that's okay we both had a good time! Then we decided to just see the Acropolis today, great idea because it was free!! 😊 We scored big time with that!
Another surprise . . . take out taste just as good as dining in but is 1/2 the price! Sweet! We love the food here . . . okay we've only tried a few things but we love the kebab/gyros they are so yummy! Baklava is good too.
Not so nice surprise today . . . it rained . . . go figure. I said a few days ago, there's no way it can rain for 10 days straight, this was while we were still in Italy, guess I shouldn't have said anything . . . my rain coat has come out more than I expected. Oh well, we still got to see the sights.
I'm currently falling asleep, in desperate need of a shower and craving my new favorite snack Nutella! So talk to ya'll later!
