Expensive Cake!
I continue to follow your travels around Europe with interest and amazement. Sorry to hear of the expensive cake. I too made a poor purchase in Greece - a E15 hand coffee grinder that doesn't work as it should! Still, it looks good on the shelf!!

the parthenon
tuesday,my 5th grade class went to the parthenon in nashville's centennial park.we had a great time:)my favorite park of the trip was seeing the statue of athena the goddess of wisdom.i was amazed to see how huge she was.maybe i should have said who i was first.my name is darian newcomb i live in tennessee in a town about an hour south of nashville.the funny thing is that i didnt know what the parthenon was until i went and when i went all i have been thinking about is greek mythology and i want to learn so much more....when i grow up i want to work at the parthenon in nashville as a little tour guide person but if i cant do that i want to be a writer for national geographic.... i just had a thought...i have a lot to work on for the next 9 or 10 years!
