I love to travel! Love to "see the sights!" I decided to start this travel blog to add some story to our trips. As it is now, I upload the pictures to some site, and that's about it. This blog will allow us to tell the story that goes with the pictures (and help remind me of any details I forget down the road ;)). I will try my hardest to add new trips to this blog in a timely manner! This is a memorial for the victims of war and tyranny. "The remains of an unknown soldier and an unknown concentration camp prisoner were buried there, surrounded by earth taken from the battlefields of World War II and from concentration camps." The statue is a mother with her dead son.

Sounds like you had and amazing time and I'm excited to read the next installments! The Berlin Cathedral is absolutely stunning and I am in love with all of the architecture and statues! So beautiful!

Great Memories
