Random pictures taken while driving through Berlin. The rain makes for good atmosphere. Berlin is a mix of architectural styles. There's the high modern of the present, the bland prefab apartment towers of the late cold war era, the new classical of both the communist and national socialist era and the classical prussian and Wilhelmian era style. The various building styles have come together so well that only those familiar with Berlin geography can tell when one has crossed from west to east.
